Susana García Espinosa

Is a Mexican visual artist whose work emerges from her fascination with nature. Her artwork evokes the essence of the landscape, its connection with the human being, and the fragility of nature.

Most of her abstract painting is a synthesis of the interaction between the elements of air, light, water, and land. Her aim is to depict metaphorical landscapes that shift between reality and fantasy.

She is also passionate about portraying detailed and accurate images through her Scientific Illustration work, approaching mostly botanical and zoological themes, as a way to raise public awareness of wildlife conservation.
